What in the world is going on? You had better start re-learning your history. You are being set up for the final fall. Global dictatorship is the socialist goal and America has been the major stumbling block.

Our Constitution is the roadblock, which so far has prevented the total takeover. The powerful and wealthy tyrants know this and are spending billions of dollars annually to change us into a slave state controlled by them. They are in control of everything except your mind and they are doing all they can to capture that too.

They want to control the way you think and act in the coming days, weeks and months.

It is important for a dictatorial government, if its going to keep its people happy and asleep, to be able to feed its subjects properly. Lack of food leads to hunger and hunger has caused revolutions.

Do you know who President Roosevelt picked to develop the plans for agriculture? Beardsley Ruml.

He was placed at the head of the Unified Rockefeller Foundation and the Louis Spellman Memorial, which were unified into one fund in 1929. He was head of the social sciences division under Miriam Eckels at the University of Chicago. He was one of the original liberal/socialist/communist brain trusters owned by the bankers. He claimed that government would have to be able to feed the people of this nation cheaply to keep them happy. He said "we" would use our power over the corporations to keep the price of agricultural commodities low. He wanted to free up the farmers’ disposable incomes to allow them to do things they wanted and needed to do. This doesn’t sound too bad, so far!

He headed up the development for what became the "Emergency Agriculture Adjustment Act" which was passed on May 12, 1933. It gave the government dictatorial power over agriculture in America.

He understood human nature and used his knowledge against American farmers. He realized farmers presented a problem for liberal/socialist/communists.

If the government forced the prices of agricultural products unnaturally low the farmers wouldn’t be happy. With unnaturally low prices they could not make enough money to feed their families.

Ruml suggested that we use the power of the money system to deficit-spend by issuing bonds against future generations. They used this technique to create money in the present at the expense of children yet unborn to be enslaved economically. That is probably you!

Most Americans were not yet born in 1933. You were the future generation at that time. Some of this money was used as subsidies to make up for the farmers’ loss of income.

This would keep the farmers happy and it wouldn’t cost the corporations a penny. It would cost the future generations of the common folk their freedom. It would allow the corporations to maintain perfect control over their subjects.

The subsidies that were offered originally to the farmers were soon broadened to include just about everything you can think of from our point of view today. The simple but powerful technique is to keep everyone happy at the expense of future generations of the common folk, while the super wealthy and criminal, international, elitist, banking cartel-thugs keep on expropriating the wealth of America.

Who supports these people in times of national elections? You guessed it, their slaves who work for the corporations. The unions are controlled by the corporations and the unions recommend who the rank and file should vote for on election day. This process is fine-tuned and constantly improved upon.

It is implemented with the precision of evil genius. Don’t we hear today that everyone is entitled to a job? Nowhere will you find corporations supporting entrepreneurial ventures unless it is to their advantage. You’ll find that everyone is trained to work for others. Anyone who is a self-thinking individual is made out to be an extremist, a radical, a person who can’t be trusted. Anyone who can’t be controlled is considered dangerous.

Anyone they can’t herd like cattle to slaughter is their enemy. This is especially true in organized religion, education, the media and entertainment.

Today we are told everyone is entitled to full health care. We are told we are entitled to free insurance, entitled to higher education, entitled to higher wages and entitled to vacation time. Government will provide all this. All the people have to do is to be obedient and work for their corporate and political masters.

Aren’t we right back to where we were when our forefathers told the King that enough was enough?

Do you remember or have your read about the WPA’s and the CCC’s and all those liberal/socialistic/ communistic programs which government created in the 1930’s? The 30’s are dwarfed in magnitude by what is happening today.

Not only did these Governors say in 1933 that the federal government needed to create money at the expense of future generations, they also said that the states would participate. Here, however, they ran into a problem. Every state Constitution said that the state couldn’t borrow money. State Constitutions did not allow deficit spending!

To get around this roadblock Congress proposed and passed acts written by the same CCU Quarterly Insights Volume #1 Issue #120 liberal/socialist/communist brain trusts.

These proposals were sent to every state in the Union.

These acts were passed and most of the legislators never read them. Here is what the acts accomplished.

The state itself couldn’t borrow money but under the emergency, it could incorporate cities.

 The states could incorporate schools.

The states could incorporate irrigation districts.

The states could incorporate road and bridge districts and libraries.

The courthouse districts could be incorporated.

Since the states made these districts corporations, the state could then provide these corporations with a bonding and taxing power!

It was calculated accurately that the local people would voluntarily enslave their own children because they wouldn’t know what was going on, nor would they understand what they were doing.

It was calculated that this money would further increase the degree of liberal/socialistic/communistic influence and control in America, until some day freedom in America would be a thing of the past. The exception would be, in rare cases, when it was calculated that by permitting some freedom, liberal/socialist/communist causes would benefit.

Generally, the common folk were completely ignorant of these developments. It was planned and carried out that they would only be taught in the controlled liberal/socialist/communist school systems owned by industrialists and their planners.

The liberals/socialists/communists would see to it that only those things that the common folk needed to know and understand would be taught. They would not be taught anything which could possibly be injurious to liberal/socialist/communist causes.

Think of all this, this way.

The few who are organized will always control the many who are not! That has always been true. The were well organized and still are.

The technique of bonding and taxing provided money to pay for jobs for everyone at the cost of future generations. Can you see how all this is put on the shoulders of the working poor in America?

All this has already happened and is continuing to be refined and perfected as you read this CCU NewsLetter.

Are you beginning to feel the lies you’ve believed; the brainwashing you’ve undergone and the hardships that have impacted you? And you thought that this happened in those "other countries" and to naive people!

Back to 1933 again. Americans were told they had the biggest recovery ever known to man. We were told we recovered from the great depression. We were told to look at ourselves today and how wonderful America was. We were told that Americans are the wealthiest people on the face of this Earth. We were not told that we are all in debt and own nothing. We were not told that we are controlled from birth to death by the criminal, international, elitist, banking cartel-thugs who claim they own every single person.

Americans, from 1933 right up to the present day, continue to be told that they are the envy of the world. To prove this, they tell Americans to look at the roads and bridges, the schools, the universities, our communications system, the cities, our national parks, our recreational activities, our homes and churches. We are never told that everything is financed. Very few Americans think to ask the question, "Who is going to pay for all this?" They are not told that their children are enslaved; that their children’s’ children will have to pay the masters for everything they have, which will still be owned by the masters even after it has been paid for many times over!

Why? America has been plunged into paying perpetual interest on the debt.

Last year, just the interest Americans paid on the debt was over $1 trillion. That is by far the largest part of the annual budget.

Americans were told they were a wealthy nation.

The question they should have asked is, "Who owns America?" The bankers claim they own America and if they can keep America asleep, they soon will.

Morally, the people own America but, at the time of foreclosure, try telling this to a judge, who is owned by the bankers.

America’s wealth is an illusion. Americans have bought into believing a huge lie. The lie was so big that people rationalized that the lie couldn’t be a lie.

The media told them what they were hearing was true. So, they continued believing the lie. It got worse and worse but Americans were told things were O.K., and they wanted to trust and believe in their leaders.

How much debt exists at the national level? No one knows for sure except the criminal international elitist banking cartel-thugs.

How much debt exists on the state level? The debt of the states is estimated to be in excess of the national debt. That is estimated to CCU Quarterly Insights Volume #1 Issue #121 be over $10 trillion dollars. That is 10,000 billion dollars!

How about roads and bridges, parks and recreation centers and schools systems? It wouldn’t be so bad if these things belonged to the people and the people were in the position to control them. Proof that the people don’t own anything is the fact that they can’t control it.

When is the last time you or someone else went to a school to protest something and won? It doesn’t happen often!

When is the last time you were able to stop a highway from cutting personal property apart? Even though the mortgage has been paid in full, the owner discovers he does not completely own the home and land. He discovers that he has a partner who jointly owns it with him. That partner is the corporation called government. In fact, corporate government is always the majority stock holder in American real estate.

Are you shocked? You should be!

Do you remember the original example in which you were threatened by the 20-person gang and the example of the farmers? You didn’t stand a chance, did you? Well, think of this. How much of a chance do you think your children have? Or, how much of a chance do you think your grandchildren have?

This has been happening because good people stand at the sidelines and watch. They don’t attempt to stop these evil people from achieving their ambitions. They go along to get along.

 What legacy are we leaving our children and their children? Any, by-the-way, do you think these criminal, national and national elitist, banking cartel-thugs out number good people? Of course not! So what is the problem?

As a formerly free people, we sold ourselves and our children and grandchildren into bondage! Did we have a right to do this? What does Genesis say? God placed "us" (Adam and Eve) into the garden to replenish the Earth, to multiply, to be prosperous, and to have dominion over all things.

Don’t we have the responsibility to leave our nation better than we found it? Isn’t this stewardship?

Shouldn’t we put forth our best efforts to leave our posterity every opportunity to improve upon what was inherited?

Shouldn’t this be the goal?

Doesn’t our [unalienability] belong to future generations also?

Think of this. We sold our posterity’s inheritance! The people of God have done this before, haven’t they? Anyone can read about it in scripture.

Don’t we now have an obligation?

It may be a Herculean task but it needs to be successfully completed and we can’t wait until tomorrow to begin.

Isn’t our heritage based on the Magna Carta and the Constitutional Republic we once had? We have an obligation to do whatever is necessary to ensure that the "King," in our case the oligarchy in control of Washington D.C., the legislatures of each state, the clique of people in control at the county level governments, the mayors and council people in the cities and towns everywhere, are all given notice that it is time to follow exactly what the Magna Carta, our federal Constitution and the Constitutions of each Republic originally stated. Tomorrow might be too late. It is time to place our redress of grievances out in the open for all to see. If the "King" doesn’t listen, we must take whatever course of action is necessary to see that the "King" once again is shackled by the constraints of the Law of nature and nature’s God and is not permitted to escalate to mob rule.

We didn’t lose our freedom by accident. We did not lose it consciously but nonetheless we allowed evil people to work their Satanic act on us, on our children and on future generations.

 We can’t blame the bad guys. We must place the blame on the common folk for doing nothing when there were many chances to stop this evil.

This is what CCU is all about. CCU needs your help as much as you need CCU and America needs us all.

Why did so many Americans believe a lie when they should have been doing the necessary research to expose the frauds, the extortion and the embezzlement of our national wealth?

 You answer that. There are countless possibilities. I can generalize, however. Americans did nothing because they lacked knowledge.

In the 5th Chapter of Isaiah, the 13th verse, we read, "Therefore my people are gone into captivity because they have no knowledge."

Americans believed what the corporations were telling our leaders to tell us.

Americans got sucked into an illusion.

Today, things are so bad that the common folk are beginning to see through the lies and deceit but still they don’t have a clue. Still the majority of Americans couldn’t make sense out of what you are reading. Now that this has been exposed to you, you have a personal responsibility, don’t you?

Will you be like most of the people at the time of our CCU Quarterly Insights Volume #1 Issue #122 founding fathers when Paul Revere galloped down that cobble stone street yelling, "The British are coming" who just rolled over in bed and went back to sleep?

Will you respond to the real crisis? I hope so!

Will you respond in time? I hope so!

It is up to you to help change things for good.

It is up to you to help make things better, to help make things right again. Will you be counted in with those who help? Again, I hope so!

So, here are a few ideas to ponder.

What will we do as Americans?

What will righteous people do to help our nation and the rest of the world to break this yoke of bondage and free ourselves and our children and generations yet to come?

How do we effect significant changes in civility and how do we decrease the power of corporations or combinations of power and diminish the size and power of government at all levels in our society?

What do we do to alleviate the financial struggle most common folk face?

Do you know that leaders in today’s corporations are not aware of the information contained in this CCU NewsLetter?

When this type of data is presented rationally and in a convincing manner, they begin to work with us.

When we point out to these leaders that the corporate state is purely  liberal/socialistic/communistic and is literally the same as monopolistic industrial corporations and the industrial military complex, they take a closer look.

Place these people in the position to do good instead of evil. Many of them will respond positively and some will actually help. Most would rather be part of the solution than remain part of the problem!

Aren’t we all God’s children? Don’t we all breath the same air?

Don’t we all desire pure and clean water and food?

Don’t we all desire a better world for our children?

Many of these people are so caught up in being the best CEO’s they can be, that they miss these salient truths, just like you did.

And how about the politicians? Most of them are owned and controlled by power brokers. They too, have missed these lessons because they have been so busy working towards the next election. It’s about time you sent them a copy of this CCU NewsLetter, isn’t it? If they don’t change replace them in the next election!

Don’t most of the underlings in leadership also find themselves in bondage? Perhaps their bondage is slightly different from that of the common folk, but they too are slaves to their taskmasters, aren’t they?

If we are going to make a case, if we are going to have positive change in America and hence in the rest of the world, it will happen in exactly the same way as if we were before a jury of our peers.

If we are going to make a case for what you are learning, in a court of law, we would have to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, the "who," "what," "when," "where" and "why" these things began and were completed, and what negative effects they have had on our freedom and our God-given [unalienable] rights to life, liberty and ownership of private property.

If we can’t prove the elements of our case in this court of law, in America specifically and in the world at large generally, then we will fail.

Can we expect to convince our neighbors if we can’t prove our point? What I’m saying is that you and your friends, neighbors, relatives and associates have homework to do. I hope you agree. I pray you’ll do your homework well and without complaining. You need to share this News Letter with as many people as possible.

We will have to be able to verify every statement we make.

We have to document and prove our arguments. I think you have come a long way just in the brief time it took you to read this far. At least I hope so.

So, how do we proceed? Follow up on the details of this News Letter. Hard empirical evidence is available in published form.

It was the Lora Spellman/Rockefeller Memorial Fund, which funded the tyranny in America and around the world. It hired its personnel in the 50 sovereign Republic states and hid them behind the banner of state personnel when in reality they were private employees working for private interests to implement the total control of liberal/socialist/communist central planning which enslaved every American and all peoples of the CCU Quarterly Insights Volume #1 Issue #123 world.

But it wasn’t just the Lora Spellman/Rockefeller Memorial Fund. It was the countless numbers of corporations/industrialists, then and now, both criminal, national and international, elitist, banking cartel-thugs who paid for and trained liberals/socialists/communists to infiltrate, influence and control our nation. It took time and they were patient.

I’d like to quote from a news article taken from the Press, New York City dated August 8th, 1918. It is a statement made by Bernard Baruch (1870 - 1965).

During World War I he was the head of the War Industries board. "I should not hesitate to take anything anyone might have for his own advantage if the taking would benefit the whole of society and help win the war. Every man’s life is at the call of the nation, and so must every man’s property.

We are living today in a highly organized state of socialism. The state is all. The individual is of importance only as he contributes to the welfare of the state. His property is only his as the state does not need it. He must hold his life and possessions at the call of the state."

Yes, socialism was already well entrenched in American leadership as far back as 1918. In the intervening years, liberals/socialists/communists have perfected their evil techniques of conquest over America. They now think it is complete. Let us prove them wrong.

Isn’t Baruch’s statement the essence of liberalism, socialism, fascism and communism all combined?

Baruch was a man in America, perhaps a few years premature in advancing what Hitler almost managed to accomplish 20 years later but was not permitted to "go-all-the-way."

You just learned from Baruch that when the corporate U.S. Government goes to war, everything is at risk. Your personal property is at the call of your bogus government. When the corporate U.S. Government is at war, do you have a right to your life?

You were just told by Baruch that the answer is "NO."

Will the bogus corporate U.S. Government take your body and put it at risk? "Yes!" Can this bogus corporate U.S. Government order you to charge a machine gun in the face of certain death? "Yes!" Do you, as a sovereign American Citizen, in America, have an absolute right to your life during war? At best, at the present time, it is very questionable, isn’t it?

Forget the life issue for a minute. Do you as a sovereign American Citizen, in time of war, have an absolute right to your property? "No!" If in fact your bogus corporate U.S. Government says, "I need your corn, your wheat, your pigs, your chickens, to feed the troops" and then proceeds to take it, is this moral? "No! It is done, but is it right? "No!"

What about religious beliefs? Could the state in fact say, "Your religion is impairing our ability to destroy the enemy?" "Yes!" If your bogus corporate U.S. Government made this decision, could they strip you of your religious beliefs? "Yes!" It’s been done.

But, in a nation, which espouses religious freedom and has a Constitution to back up these [unalienable] rights, is the ethical and moral issue whether or not the individual has a right to exercise his or her rights or should politicians decide for the individual?

You ponder these questions. You should know what the politicians will say!

If we really were in a state of war, (and the politicians of this bogus corporate U.S. Government keep us in a perpetual state of war) the fundamental principles of our nation based on the Magna Carta, and our own Constitution, these sacred God-given rights, would be gone! And they are all but gone!

This is what happened to our beloved America and the freedom we once had.

On March 9, 1933 our Congress declared a National Emergency, which amounted to a declaration of War as if we were invaded by a foreign foe.

Since Congress did indeed pass that act, we should be able to see evidence that government has taken our property, that our life is at risk and that religious prerogatives have been destroyed.

Do you think that government has seized our property under this act? You have already heard of appropriation bills. Remember what I already said about that word. Every time there is an appropriation there is at least an equal or greater expropriation somewhere of someone’s property.

We haven’t been taught to think this way because anything the government does is supposed to be O.K. CCU Quarterly Insights Volume #1 Issue #124

I’m giving you a hint of what is to come.

Everyday somewhere in America there is a new appropriations bill either in Congress or in some state. You hear discussions about appropriation bills in the news and read about them just about everywhere.

I’ll share with you a real appropriations bill. It was on March 9th of 1933. This is an example of how our government deteriorated over the years.

Title III of the Act of March 9th, 1933 began with the words "Congress hereby declares that a serious emergency exists." Section I amended the "Trading with the Enemy Act" that gave the government total authoritarian power over German Citizens who were enemies of these united states of America. It amended the language to include all sovereign American Citizens. It gave government total power to control and license or permit everything we do.

Section II of the act seized our money, which was gold and silver, and authorized the Secretary of the Treasury to call in all gold. Title III Section 301 says, "Not withstanding any other provision of law," which means everything prior to the act is out and that America is starting over. It says, "Any national association may, with the approval of the currency, and by vote of the shareholders, owning the majority of the stock of such association, upon not less than five days notice, given by registered mail and pursuant to action taken by its board of directors, issue preferred stock."

This statute says that any national banking association which was chartered under the acts of 1863 during the Civil War to create money for the government, all founded upon bonds on our children, was now given authority to issue preferred stock. Out of the blue, stock could be issued. This act also created what was called "The Reconstruction Finance Corporation." Who do you think was behind that? Of course it was the criminal, international, elitist, banking cartel-thugs. What else?

Four paragraphs I stated, "Since Congress did indeed pass that act, we should be able to see evidence that government has taken our property, that our life is at risk and that religious prerogatives have been destroyed." Now I ask you, the evidence is everywhere! The reason you don’t see it is because you have been conditioned all your life to believe lies! And you do! What a pity!

However, you can make up for this. Read on!

We were talking about appropriations. Let’s look at the last section, Section 304 under Title III. It says, "If, in the opinion of the secretary of the Treasury, any national banking association of any state bank or trust company is in need of funds, for capital purposes, either in connection with the organization or reorganization of such association, state bank or trust company or otherwise, it may, with the approval of the President, request the Reconstruction Finance Corporation to subscribe for the preferred stock in such associations."

The Reconstruction Finance Corporation was created to give itself (expropriation) the right to purchase the preferred stock that Congress gave these combinations of power the authority to issue. It said, ". . . the Reconstruction Finance Corporation is to subscribe for the preferred stock in such associations as State banks and Trust Companies, or to make loans secured by such stock as collateral and the Reconstruction Finance Corporation may comply with such requests."

"The Reconstruction Finance Corporation, may with the approval of the Secretary of the Treasury, and under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe, sell in the open market or otherwise the whole or any part of the preferred stock of the National Banking Association, State Banks or Trust Companies acquired by the Corporation pursuant to this section."

Take a look at how much money they have to work with. It says the amount of the notes, the Bonds, the debentures, or other such obligations that the Reconstruction Finance Corporation is authorized and empowered to issue and to have outstanding at any one time under existing law is hereby increased by an amount sufficient to carry out the provisions of this act.

How much is that? This is an appropriations bill, isn’t it? Or more accurately, it is the godfather of all expropriations in the history of mankind. Even dictators, the likes of Hitler, were dwarfed by this bill. This was all at the expense of sovereign American Citizens and their unborn children!

The Act essentially says that if all the wealth of the world is needed then it shall have the authority to have it. It gives permission to issue notes and bonds against future generations in any amount. It provides whatever amount is needed to finance these CCU Quarterly Insights Volume #1 Issue #125 corporations.

So what happened to our children’s inheritance? It’s been expropriated, hasn’t it? Is this enough proof? You should be able to see evidence that government has taken our property, that our life is at risk and that religious prerogatives have been destroyed. If you don’t see this, my-oh-my, they really have done a job on you!

And who would benefit by taxing and enslaving future generations?

The answer is the "corporations," most of which, at that time, were directly or indirectly owned or controlled by industrialists and their cronies, the criminal, international, elitist, banking cartel-thugs.

These illegal combinations were never and still are not permitted by the Constitution.

What they did was in violation of the law of nature and nature’s God. It is as plain as day to anyone who takes the time to study this part of our history.

There is a book you can find in most libraries entitled "Fifty Billion Dollars." Its was written by Jesse Jones who was appointed head of the Reconstruction Finance Corporation by President Roosevelt. His job was to distribute the appropriations, these unlimited funds. Read the book so you’ll learn exactly where he sent those funds. They amounted to billions of dollars and this was in the middle of the great depression! There wasn’t supposed to be any money around, remember?

This caused the greatest shift in power in the history of the world. This created an imbalance in America. It created an elite class of super powerful liberals/socialists/communists. Who do you think wrote this bill? Did the common folk write it?

Obviously not.

Once our government declared war (on the sovereign Citizens of America) it really said that it owned everything! Remember President Lincoln? He took control of everything. Everything existed at the call of the state. Everything sovereign American Citizens were able to do would be with the permission of the state. The state would take liabilities for every person. It provided everything the common folk needed according to those in control.

It provided the common folk with work, with money, with whatever subsidies were needed. It provided health care, education, and adequate housing.

Does this sound like God? Is this one of the reasons why God would have to be eliminated in our American culture? This put the bogus corporate U.S. Government directly in conflict with the Constitution and God! Here are just a few examples for you to ponder. God has been out of educational circles and institutions of higher learning for years already!

The scriptures are no longer used in courts when swearing in is officiated! America went through the "God Is Dead" era. In the last 100 years Americans went from less than 1% being atheists to over 20% today. This is not a normal or natural evolutionary process. This is promoted by liberals/socialists/ communists promoting, what they see, as the eventual complete and total takeover of the planet by them, with all of humanity as their slaves.

Officially, government took the place of God in our society in 1933. And what did Americans do? The people thought this was all wonderful. We’ve got us a King! God is gone and we are free. Whoopee!

Have you seen any evidence that any of this has been repudiated in recent years? In fact, don’t we see evidence that this mentality has entrenched itself even more.

It seems like the good guys are slow learners but now CCU has most of the puzzle pieces in place. Because of CCU, the "good guys" can finally have a look at a full picture. There are a few pieces missing but anyone who wishes to take a look as a rotten picture, it is there for all to see! It isn’t a nice picture but at least we now have the ability to act according to the picture. Now we have a road map. We know what we have to do.

But all this is the same old story. We are back in bondage just like they were in the book of Judges.

We replaced God with the laws of men. So what do we do?

I’m sure our forefathers had this same discussion many times. Look what we’ve done! We are in bondage. That question in our day has to be asked too! What are we going to do when most of the people haven’t recognized it yet? We are in a catch twenty-two. We try to free ourselves and bureaucrats working for the cartel tell us we can’t do it. We try to use the courts and the judges reject the Constitution, the common law, in favor of statutory jurisdiction. We try to elect new representatives but we don’t have sufficient funds to get the job done. The criminal, international, elitist, banking cartel-thugs have all the money.

The answer in the past was to humble yourself and seek God! This is one remedy, isn’t it? But, doesn’t God typically work through righteous people? In many ways God has told us, many times, "I’ll help you but I want to work through you." "I gave you a mind to use. Use it."

This is our challenge, isn’t it?

What are we going to do? I’d like to share a couple of thoughts! Don’t we really need a level playing field?

The common folk need to have just as much input on policymaking decisions as anyone else, don’t they?

The common folk need to have an equal amount of power. It must be equal to the current power brokers.

What would happen if this all started out with a simple little bill that we demand Congress to pass. This would obviously take a real big and powerful combination of people to equal the combined power of the elite in the world, wouldn’t it?

What would happen if we did not take "no" for an answer? We want to pass a bill that simply says, "If you can’t cast a vote you can’t donate money to politics and you can’t participate in the policy-making decisions in America."

What would that do?

Is there anything wrong with a bill like that?

Can a corporation vote? Corporations aren’t alive, are they?

Should a corporation be able to donate to a political cause?

What about labor unions? These are combinations, aren’t they? They can’t vote. Should they be able to donate to political events?

If all the corporations and all the foreigners (international bankers) were eliminated, this would start to give the common folk an even playing field.

Couldn’t the common folk then realize that their participation in politics would mean something? And aren’t there a lot more common folk than corporations and foreigners? Aren’t we back to "We the people" as opposed to the criminal, international, elitist, banking cartel-thugs?

If we in CCU were the ones to send the newest people to office, don’t you think America and the world would take a big step forward? We’d get back to representative government, wouldn’t we?

Technically we still have representative government but it represents the power brokers, not "We the people?"

So, this would be a very simple little bill. Surely it wouldn’t be opposed by anyone. It would just fly through Congress, wouldn’t it? Or would it?

But, wasn’t everyone talking about campaign reform for awhile? What, do you think are the realistic chances for passage of a bill like that? The answer is "Slim to none!"

If "we the people" had a combination equal to or more powerful than what now exists against us, would that make passage of the bill possible?

Only if it promoted God’s Law.

What might that be? Don’t the common folk need unity? We have to learn how to think and act as a unit. We have to be one13! We have to take our country back. It won’t be given to us just because we ask for it.

What is the first step?

Is it communicating?

This is the first tenet of CCU. Men and women everywhere need to hear what we are all about. They need to hear about CCU in a way that he or she understands what we are trying to do. It has to be presented in such a way that everyone will naturally feel that our proposal is accurate and right, morally, ethically and legally!

This is the challenge for CCU.

Here is something else to consider. Every one of the 50 Republics offers proof that we no longer have representative government. In Ohio, as an example, there is proof! Ohio, on March 8th of 1933 declared that a state of National Emergency existed. Edwin C. Johnson, the 26th Governor of Ohio, called for an emergency session of Congress. In an emergency session of his legislature Governor Johnson passed the emergency acts without even reading them.

 His legislature authorized an emergency government to replace Ohio’s de jure Constitutional Republican form of government.

Every one of the other Republics did the same thing. Since then, in reality, not figuratively, all the Republics stopped existing.

This emergency legislation authorized the federal government to come into its federal outpost of Ohio with all types of liberal/socialist/communist programs, with the government taking the position of God, and individual sovereignty [unalienability] was officially destroyed. The federal government promised the Governor they would furnish whatever amount of money was needed.

Everything under the sun was promised. It was going to be a utopia. Every city and town would be incorporated. Everything 13 Unity is the biggest problem. Individualism doesn’t gravitate towards teamwork naturally! The whole patriotic movement has been splintered and divided for years. CCU sees its greatest challenge is unifying those already in agreement of basic constitutional precepts. Your help is needed. CCU Quarterly Insights Volume #1 Issue #127 imaginable would be incorporated.

Bonds would be issued for everything binding down future generations. Future generations would be taxed and regulated under the Emergency Banking Act. The Governor, owned by the industrialists and criminal, national and international, elitist, banking cartelthugs who owned just about everything else, or at least controlled it, sold out future generations for a short-lived experiment called social planning, the dominant form of socialism, American style, known as liberalism.

There are, at the present time, no state Constitutions, according to the "insiders" that are in effect!

What do you have to say about this? There be an outcry from all of America to get our Constitutions back.

Will this happen? Probably not. They are asleep! This is where you are needed.

Legislation is being drafted as you read this. It will require that this emergency be terminated immediately and that the state be returned to the Republic it once was. It is suggested you require your state to do the same thing.

Ah, there is a fly in the ointment! There was the terrible September 11th attack on America!

Remember that! Do you think getting a state of emergency removed when there was piled upon it another one? Dream on! Unless? CCU and you and your friends get together and make enough noise and do some educating like our lives depended on it!

How many states could be positively effected? How many copies of this CCU NewsLetter could you circulate? How many politicians do you think could be talked into reading it? How many state legislators do you think could be talked into reading it?

With sufficient support of the common folk we could level the playing field, couldn’t we? But what are the realistic chances that we get positive change in favor of the Constitution? When legislation, the likes of what I just mentioned, is introduced, it will be like a gnat sitting on an elephant expecting to get some blood. That elephant’s skin is pretty thick. But we know this. Initially I’d say our chances are just a little bit less than ZERO!

But a battle has to begin somewhere, doesn’t it? This is the beginning of the battle! You are now able to identify one of the real issues. CCU will help you focus on these issues and then help you bring the issues to the common folk. And remember, liberal/socialist/communist planners want the people to be happy! They need us! Without us they are nothing! Let’s use their mentality against them! Doesn’t this make sense?

When state legislators pigeonhole this legislation, will they be re-elected? "NO!" Not if we get the common folk to rise up as one voice. When the common folk are taught that these so called representatives aren’t representing them, there will be new faces in the state houses from one end of this country to the other.

When people realize their union leaders are owned by the industrialists there will be change!

 When high church leaders are exposed as being on the payroll of the criminal, elitist, national and international, banking cartel-thugs that will be the day that religious neutralism will ends.

 When the ownership of the major media are exposed in the criminal endeavors as being "in bed" with these high level liberal/socialist/communist criminals, they will have to flee America and give up their great power and wealth. And there are hundred of these examples.

Think of this. Don’t people do have the right to indenture themselves? This has been done many times before in history. But does any government have the right to indenture the unborn?

Can anyone indenture the future generation? The answer is an emphatic "NO." This is high treason! This alone should cause a revolution in America.

This is what the politicians have done! This is the best reason to kick them all out! ALL OF THEM!

For any contract to be considered valid there must be full disclosure and there must be a meeting of the minds. Neither was done and neither is ever done in contemporary politics. It is all bogus.

If someone in government in America is found to be selling children into bondage, shouldn’t they be exposed? I’m offering you a very powerful weapon here. Use it!

Politicians are supposed to protect children. In fact, they take an oath to protect everyone’s life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.

Politicians have been selling American children into bondage for as long as you have been alive. Expose it for the heinous and abominable crime it is! Just like the world would not rest until Hitler’s key men were located, tried and found guilty of war crimes, so we can not rest until liberal/socialist/communists are tried, found guilty and imprisoned for the crimes that they have committed. How do you think politicians and CEO’s of corporations will defend their position? Are they weakened? For sure! This is a terrible charge!

Do you think there are some people in government who do have a conscience? Probably. What will they say? When truth is used as a weapon, it is most powerful. So, we will begin to weaken these elitist power brokers. If we keep doing what we are doing, only more and more of it, as our numbers increase, they weaken! WE WILL WIN!

They will weaken more and more and we will grow stronger and our cause will begin to entrench itself.

This is not the end, it is only the beginning! We will be relentless in our cause because if we lose . . . freedom will be lost. Slavery and hard labor is the alternative! Which do you choose?

Consider this. As the oppression of the power brokers and encroachments increase, will more and more people begin to listen? No doubt! Will the young people hear us? Yes they will! Truth is the weapon! Education is the strategy! The power brokers are vulnerable! They have to duck when we fire bullets of truth!

Who abdicated our rights? Was it the Governors of each of the respective 50 Republics? Yes it was.

When did they do this? They did this on March 8, 1933. When did President Roosevelt declare it? March 9, 1933.

Do you know why the federal government waited until the states made their declaration? The federal government couldn’t do what it did without the states abdicating their Constitutional responsibility first.

Where is the problem?

The federal government has exclusive legislation.

Where is this jurisdiction? Where does it have any authority? It is only for the "District," its enclaves, territories, possessions and protectorates and even that is questionable, isn’t it? The states had to do it themselves for all this to work in favor of the industrial complex, the corporations and a liberal/socialist/communist form of government controlled by the criminal, international, elitist, banking cartel-thugs.

Technically, is it possible for the federal government to write an unconstitutional act? It is not! Everything the power brokers do, is done very carefully and very legally. Note that I did not say lawfully, ethically or morally! Criminals do make mistakes. As long as they act for the "District," they can do anything they want in the "District," but when it comes to the states, they have to be very careful.

So, when federal legislation comes within the Republics (states), we the people, all the common folk, will be there to see that our rights are not abrogated. Do you think you can have a few people standing arm to arm when that time comes? I hope so! Everyone in the movement needs to influence about 100 people directly and about 1000 indirectly.

Are you ready to help?

The only way the federal government, with all its power, has any jurisdiction within the Republics, (states), is if the Governor and the legislators say, "Come on in." If there are sufficient numbers of informed common folk in touch with their elected state officials, this will not happen!

If we want to stop it, where do we stop it? We stop it at its point of origin, the declaration of a state of National Emergency, on March 8th 1933. And this can and will be done. CCU needs your help!

We need your help so we can repeal that legislation completely. When that legislation is repealed, how much power do you think the federal government has over us? NONE! When that happens Constitutional government will instantly be restored. Of course there will have to be a lot of re-tooling and retraining on the part of bureaucrats, but that will happen. That needs time.

CCU is pushing for this legislation to happen in every one of the 50 Republics (states). It is rational and verifiable and our positions can be proven with absolute empirical data right out of the pages of history.

CCU will work with any other group as long as it is not a corporation, a DBA, a partnership that is registered or anything directly attached to government.

Please note that CCU is all for competitive and free enterprise. By now you should realize that anything the government licenses cannot promote competitive and free enterprise. Anything the government (in its current form of being a legislative dictatorship as opposed to a representative Republic) is attached to, CCU Quarterly Insights Volume #1 Issue #129 will, given time, destroy competitive and free enterprise.

Notice also that CCU will support any government that lends itself in the direction of the Constitution and the Magna Carta. It opposes vociferously any level of government in America that does not support the Constitution, which includes anything government creates.

Permanent Agenda

A. Enrolling CCU E-students - Everyone needs to understand that we are building an army of dedicated and professional patriots.

We will not be able to correct national, regional or local problems until there are sufficient numbers of CCU E-students.

Everyone should be making every effort, on their own, to enroll at least three E-students immediately.

Help the enrollees to do the same thing. If you discovered a new and exciting method for enrolling E-students, share it with others. CCU created an arms length contract with TWA (The Wealth Age) to network market its unique and strategic enrollment plan. It was created to help each and everyone enroll new E-students. It not only expands our numbers quickly, it increases everyone’s financial rewards dramatically.

B. Promotion of the monthly meeting - The second most important item and project each month in the overall CCU strategy, is the monthly Chapter meeting. Without organizational strength and leadership the great numbers of people we need and are building will amount to nothing. An army needs marching orders. It needs step-by-step help along the way. Each month, everyone at the meeting is asked to share their successes or failures so as to benefit the Chapter. This is intelligence gathering.

1. Guest speakers . . . are a very important aspect of the CCU monthly meeting. Outsiders for the most part will have no idea what CCU really is or how it functions. The best form of public relations we have is to invite one VIP to a local meeting each month.

They must be certified to speak on the topic of the month or the most pressing item. The VIP must be aware of CCU’s constitutional position and should have read "American Freedom" and this "Newsletter." The VIP should never be given more than 15 minutes to address the Chapter.

2. Review the current NewsLetter’s message on this topic, if there is one. (5 minutes.)

C. Review governmental conditions for:

1. The Nation

2. The Region

3. The Local Area

Follow the NewsLetter for new and vital information. The Chapter needs input from it E-students. Work each section into the action part of the monthly program such as; letter writing, reports on telephone calling, e-mailing, fax blasting, personal visits, group demonstrations, flyers, brochures and other publications used in organized dissemination of educational materials. There will always be new problems cropping up. There will always be victories to be shared and there will always be preventive ctions to avoid potential problems that can be shared in this portion of the meeting. This is a functional training session as well as a business meeting.

Take each item, one at a time and be ready to relate how you worked with them during the past month.

Each Chapter member, with the permission of the Chapter Leader, may, if they choose, prepare a short presentation regarding their personal project within the Chapter. Maybe the project is important enough for the entire membership of the Chapter to place the project on the "temporary" agenda until such time as it has been resolved successfully. Only one special "guest speaker" is permitted at any one meeting.

This portion of the monthly News Letter will be the least likely to change as it shall remain the key project until it is resolved constitutionally.

Local activities should always be prepared at least a week in advance of the meeting and all District Leaders should have been in touch with the Area Coordinator for their input and help as it relates to these local activities.

All outlines must be approved in advance by the Chapter or District Leader. Each of the four areas in this permanent project section are given approximately five minutes each with the strongest emphasis on the local and regional problems.

At some point in the future, the "C-1" section will be able to be changed to the nation’s second most pressing issue. (15 minutes) D. Meeting forum. This is a vital part of the meeting because it represents dialogue. It is for someone who CCU Quarterly Insights Volume #1 Issue #130 wants to be heard. It is to be used only in constructive ways. If it degenerates into back-stabbing or criticism of the Chapter Leader, or pits one Chapter Leader against another, this is counter-productive, and will not be tolerated even for a second. The forum allows Chapter members time to attempt to promote their actions as they relate to the overall stated goals of CCU.

It allows any E-student to address the local membership for a potential local project with the possibility of making it one of the Chapter’s monthly temporary projects. (10 minutes) E. Group letter writing, fax blasting and email.

This is a vitally important monthly project. Anyone who diminishes its importance is simply uninformed.

One of the fastest ways to make a change is through letter writing, fax blasting and emails. There is one important observation to letter writing. All politicians and leadership in business and industry are alert to letters written by their constituents or the public and will respond. Always write letters from the posture of, "I hope you will be able to respond to this most important issue." Place pressure on the person to whom you are writing for not only a response, but for the latest information available.

"I would request any information you have." This, if acted upon by the person receiving the letter, will involve them, or at least cause them to become more aware of what you want, need or desire. After all, when is the last time you or a friend received a personal response from your governor or state and/or federal representative?

Keep a copy of any letter you write because this is documentation, if needed. Keep any correspondence you receive. It can always be used to expose that individual’s position, good or bad. Letters should never be lengthy. One or two paragraphs at the most and don’t load them up with reprints. Only refer to reprints and then offer to supply them if requested.

"I have an excellent reprint available on the subject. If you should desire the information, I will forward it immediately." The Chapter Leader should always be prepared with extra envelopes, stamps (for purchase) and any of the latest changes in telephone numbers and/or addresses. Of course, if you have a computer, email is even more effective. And, if you have a fax, fax blasting has high value also.

Suggested wording will always be prepared in advance by the Chapter Leader. Two or three paragraphs will already be written, duplicated and passed out to everyone present. This way, everyone can write approximately the same thing but it will vary a bit from person to person. Never write exactly what is on the sheet except for the person who prepared the information.

 Your letter needs to be condensed to only two paragraphs. Be prepared with the phone numbers, email addresses and regular addresses of your Congressmen, U.S. Senators, state level representatives, Governor, regional and local political leaders, as well as the heads of various organizations, government bureaus and agencies and business/industrial leaders. (20 minutes) F. Purchase of needed literature - All CCU Estudents need to have a supply of educational tools on hand.

Don’t underestimate the importance of the needed tools and supplies. Don’t be without enough supplies. Chapter Leaders anticipate needs. They supply those needs. You can also help by having extra of those things that you feel are important. Talk with them in advance of the meeting.

This is the backbone of the movement. The more material that can be disseminated, the more quickly things will improve. CCU literature encourages questions. The more questions asked, the more exposure to truth is possible.

Everyone should do their part in making hard copy of publications available to as many as possible. Be creative and do things that will move 10 to 15 reprints and 1 to 2 books each month. Make sure your name, address and telephone number(s) appear on everything you pass out. Promote the web site. G. The business opportunity - CCU has eliminated the old excuse, "Because I work so hard for the cause and spend my money on telephone calls, postage and gas, I don’t have the extra money to buy literature."

The money issue is eliminated. I recommend that Estudents participate in the TWA Enrollment Business Opportunity. The earning potential has very good results for the average person. Building a TWA business is as easy as getting people to earn extra money and enjoying every minute of it.

The most valuable aspect of earning money while you are reducing taxes, eliminating the IRS and creating privacy, is the fact that anyone can do it. It does not take any special skill to help in the cause and to become a successful business-person. The earning potential is unlimited. (10 minutes) CCU Quarterly Insights Volume #1 Issue #131 Temporary Projects

All the projects that are on this temporary project list should be considered "ad hoc" committees and should be specialized enough to be reported upon in the monthly meeting for the benefit of every Estudent and IBO. They should have their own organization, meeting time and place and officers. Of course, it is part of the overall agenda and, in most cases, will be treated on a personal level. It will probably be more important to the local E-students and IBOs, as most "ad hoc" committees deal in solving local problems. No more than two minutes by each committee chairperson should be spent updating the general membership as to "ad hoc" activities.

The Chapter Leader is an ex officio co-chairperson to all "ad hoc" committees.

1. Special Events can include special speakers, usually from the CCU Speakers Bureau. If a special speaker is promoted and advertised, tickets should be made available at the monthly meeting. Time spent on the project at a monthly meeting should not be allowed other than to give a brief overview of what is going to happen, or of what just did happen. A short report is permitted. If the speaker is from the CCU Speakers Bureau, special note should be taken. A list of the committees and each chairperson’s name, address, phone number, email, meeting time and location is always available through the Chapter Leader.

2. Legislation Workshops are a very good program to have in each local chapter. The workshops should be reported on monthly and should have well-defined goals permitting many people to participate even though they may not be an E-student in CCU. It is good public relations and many times leads to increasing enrollments in CCU.

3. Containment and Elimination of taxes, the IRS and a focus on smaller government are the issues. This committee consists of those individuals who are the "hounds" sniffing out problems. They are people who are good at what they do. Every community has a few of these people. Even if they are not directly involved in your CCU Chapter and do not attend monthly meetings, they almost always will gladly be involved in your "special" committee to report on the latest "scoop."

Watch these people carefully until they prove themselves to be reliable. Many times they just like attention and they lack objectivity. It is this committee that usually works directly with the Blitz Committee.

4. The Blitz Committee - Frequent flyers are part of the overall strategy and most of the information comes from the CCU research department. Members should be careful if they draft up their own material.

Please send in any unofficial material for approval before making it public.

Many times a blitz is the most effective local weapon.

When 10,000 flyers are distributed locally or regionally over one weekend, people begin to talk.

Sometimes even the media picks up on the activity and when they give us a positive article, it provides us with that much more strength, even in perceptions.

Remember, the natural inclination of politicians and the media is to give lip service, but when they are really needed, they will, for the most part, be hard to find and can not be counted upon for help.

5. Enrollment Committee - This committee is quite specialized and works directly with the Chapter Leader. It should be understood that the fastest expansion and growth in CCU is through the potential for earning money in the TWA Business Opportunity while helping reduce the size and power of the federal government and eliminating the IRS permanently. It is a very good combination, so use it.

There should be at least one training/motivational/inspirational "special event" held each month for developing the business. Business people especially should participate in this committee.

6. Seasonal Emphasis Committee - A good example of how this specialized committee can function is to use the latest news conferences coming out of Washington. A Senator may shift position and join with CCU or someone might sponsor a bill supporting a CCU position. When the media picks up on an issue because of its timeliness and you know that it will die away in a relatively short period of time, you must be able to mobilize quickly and exploit it so as to get desired changes and results quickly. If you create urgency, the public will feel it also. This "ad hoc" committee has a valuable and very important mission and people who are quick to react, move, and lead are urged to be on this committee.

7. Special Fund-raising is another important "ad hoc" committee. However, it is not always called CCU Quarterly Insights Volume #1 Issue #132 upon for money. When it is, it plays a vital role in the overall scheme of things. CCU and its many committees and sub-committees, function better and smoother when they are properly financed, as does just about everything else.

8. Optional Committee - As already stated, there should be at least one slot open for new and important local problems. Any time a local CCU Chapter discovers an important local or regional issue to expose and work on, it should become a part of the Temporary Agenda and should be recognized in the regular meeting and reported upon.

A chairperson and other officers should immediately be chosen. Their responsibility should be to develop a comprehensive plan of action. This can then lead to full-scale community involvement. The outline should always be sent to the home office for recommendations and approval.

NOTE: Chapters do not work together on projects.

The exception is made with this committee but only with District Leader approval. (15 minutes total) Conclude each meeting with the following protocol:

1. My personal thanks to each and everyone for their attendance, letter writing and support.

2. Each Chapter must have an established standard meeting time every month. As an example, the second Monday or Tuesday of each month, etc. Never meet later than the 15th of the month.

3. Set the date for "ad hoc" activities such as a workshop, or meeting as a group at a supermarket, etc.

4. Double-check to see if all your letters have been turned in for mailing.

5. Set follow-up appointments for anyone who needs help.

6. Collect everyone’s "Messages" and verify attendance. Send in data that might be important for research.

7. A benediction is recommended using clergy whenever they are present. If you feel people will not take one evening a month out of their lives. let me remind you that most CCU E-students will be earning professional amounts of money. Attitude is everything. The companion publication to "A Fragile Balance" for the professional is "Immutable Attitudes." It is recommended reading.

There is a high probability that there will be some volunteers. There are individuals who do not choose to participate in the TWA Business or the educational opportunity. They will be mixed among CCU professionals who are earning money while helping in the cause. These volunteers must be welcomed and helped as much as possible. However, for those people who are professionals a different attitude and perception is in order. Professionals must set the example. They should be at meetings! I would hope you promote and attend the meeting each month.

There is one more important area to cover. It is the CCU goals. You can recommend to everyone you know the "larger" picture of what is happening in America and the rest of the world. You should tell them about TWA and earning part time money as a CCU E-student. Share this monthly NewsLetter, Insights, with them. Share this list with them. It is not a complete list but a general one and will change from time to time.

1. Help reduce the size, scope, reach and power of government.

2. Research, Discover and Expose the balances that our Constitutional Republic requires.

3. Fund/promote people and projects worthy of consideration.

4. Develop effective vigilance.

5. Create a politically active membership but remain apolitical as an organization.

6. Be a local monthly forum.

7. Provide educational, inspirational and motivational literature, tools and teaching materials.
